Messages

A simple chat thread with the company — when they have turned it on.

Messages is one ongoing conversation with the office. There are no attachments; type a text message and send.

If you do not see Messages in the menu, the company has chat turned off. Use the phone or email on the side of the page instead.

Opening the thread marks their replies as read. A number on Messages in the menu means you have unread replies.
